Over in Historic Perrysburg, you’ll find Way Library, a popular family spot, as well as some of the town’s best restaurants. Zingo's is a cozy spot for Mediterranean fare, while Stella's Restaurant and Bar is an upscale New American bistro decked out with oak paneling and glass sculptures. Boutiques here offer everything from trendy items with a Bohemian Prepster vibe at Meig to Angel 101’s gorgeous fresh-cut flowers and locally made gifts. Pop into Maddie and Bella or The Flying Joe for a latte or head straight to the colorful 5th Street Pub for Neapolitan pizza and local beers on tap. Perrysburg has just as many opportunities for outdoor recreation. This historic neighborhood is home to Fort Meigs, a War of 1812 battle site and educational center which offers tours, special events, and even reenactments. The Perrysburg Farmers’ Market is a popular spot for families and home chefs. Held every Thursday in the spring and summer in downtown Perrysburg, the market has locally sourced produce and plants, specialty items, food trucks, and live music. Pack a picnic and bring the family to Woodlands Park, home of the Fort Imagination playground, to fly kites, walk the dog, or simply enjoy the many beautiful gardens. And, of course, Downtown Toledo, with its seasonal festivals and riverfront walks, is only a short drive away from home.

Perrysburg is home to the excellent Perrysburg School District, including the award-winning Hull Prairie Intermediate School, Frank Elementary, Toth Elementary, and Woodland Elementary. Perrysburg is only a short distance from the top-rated Bowling Green State University.
